We have had a great week. We have had lots of fun and have taken a lot of our learning outdoors with the great weather.
We practised writing letters this week to our character in our story. They turned out great.
In maths, we have continued with division. We are now dividing with carrying on and remainders. Super work P3’s!
We also had fun at art when we made our I Love You cards for Father’s Day or for someone that we love.
A special Well Done goes to Max who is our Star of the Week for trying very hard at writing and using his finger spaces all week! Keep up the good work!
We have had a super week. The weather has been great and we have taken a lot of our learning outside.
In maths we have been continuing with division. Some children have been learning to divide using remainders. This has been tricky but we have worked very hard to improve our skills in this area.
We have enjoyed drawing this week. We created our own pictures of a cartoon fox. Everyone was able to listen and follow instructions to finish their piece of artwork.
We have also enjoyed outdoor learning this week. In particular, we enjoyed designing and building homes and tunnels for beetles. The children had to try and create structures that would contain the beetles without them escaping. It took continuous changes and determination but we all managed to create great homes for the beetles.
Our Star of the Week this week is Cori. We are very impressed with all her hard work, kindness towards others and being a great friend. Well Done! Keep up the good work!
We have had a great week this week and have been up to lots of fun tasks.
In maths, our focus has been multiplication and division. We have also enjoyed lots of warm up games to get our brains thinking like our addition to 20 ice cream cone game!
In topic, we have been learning all about the Olympics. This week we were using maps to locate some countries that were competing and also designed our own flags.
We also had great fun at outdoor learning. We had the task of finding squirrels and also designed and made our own spider webs. They looked great!

We have had a super week despite the rainy weather.
We have worked lots on times tables and division and were making connections between them both.
We have also worked hard on our handwriting this week and tried to produce our best and neatest work. I was very impressed with everyone’s work on this!
Despite the rain, we still had fun at outdoor learning. We went on a scavenger hunt and created some natural artwork.

We have had another great week!
We have enjoyed lots of learning in school, indoors and outside. We were building stone towers that were taller than our arms and collecting different types of wild flowers and leaves.
We have also been working very hard on our spelling and writing and have been practising on white boards.

We have had another great week in school and have got up to lots of fun tasks.
In maths this week, we have been learning about division, specifically dividing by 3. We have done lots of fun tasks and games with this. We have also worked on adding and subtracting.
We have also enjoyed art lessons and completed some amazing artwork following a video from Draw with Rob.
We have also worked very hard with our spelling and reading with lots of new reading books being started.

What a week we have had! Our first week back after the holidays has been fantastic.
We have been up to lots of fun activities and have made the most of the weather and taken our learning outside. We painted the weather, created some shadow drawings and lots more.
The focus for maths this week has been division. We used lots of practical resources to help us learn all about what dividing a number is.
Our new favourite game to play is Bingo and this helps us with our number recognition too!
A massive Well Done goes to Magnus who is our Star of the Week for trying very hard at all of his tasks this week. Super Job!!

We have had a great week in school this week, ending with lots of Easter Fun!
We have baked crispy cakes, designed eggs, had an Easter egg hunt and made some lovely Easter cards. What fun!!
